Alfred Kron GmbH is a modern company specialising in stamping, bending and plastics technology. With almost 80 employees, we manufacture precision parts mainly for the automotive, furniture, medical and electrical industries. Shape precision tools in our in-house toolmaking department – from the first drawing through to series production readiness. To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the position of Toolmaker (m/f/d) at short notice.

Your responsibilities
- Manufacture of stamping, bending and progressive compound tools as well as plastic injection moulds, fixtures and gauges according to drawing specifications
- Repair, maintenance and optimisation of stamping and bending tools and moulds
- Adjustment and implementation of dimensional corrections based on measurement results and inspection documents
- Programming, setting up and operating CNC machines
- Carrying out quality inspections, documenting results and continuously optimising output
- Spare parts management
- Care and maintenance of machinery and equipment
Your profile
- Training in a metalworking profession with relevant professional experience
- Preferably toolmaker or precision mechanic specialising in stamping and forming technology
- Professional experience in the maintenance and repair of tools and operating equipment
- Experience in machining (milling, turning, grinding)
- Independent manufacture of progressive compound tools, testing through to series production readiness
- Willingness to work shifts
