For an industrial customer in building technology, we regularly produce stamped parts from C75 S steel strip in 2.0 mm material thickness, which connect cable ducts in hall ceilings with a holding device. The stamped parts are stamped on a Bruderer stamping press, hardened in our in-house hardening shop and electrogalvanized against corrosion.

Thanks to the progressive compound principle and intelligent part connections in the carrier strip – produced directly from the coil – up to 25 sequential bends in all directions can be realized. This eliminates individual work steps and enables efficient production in our stamping shop.
